My thing is they don’t blink. We know it’s clips done filmed in a kitchen closet. This would have been that producer they paid $400 to film it and edit it and everything. So what did he say? Okay you can’t blink. That all had on ill fitting cheap contact. Everyone knows when you wear contacts you have to blink for your eyes to replinish natural tears for moisture. That they itch to make you blink. And Avi is obviously suffering. It’s just an unusual thing tipi tell a singer or musician you can’t blink. No one would think of this in a studio or live concert “you can’t blink”. Not only did they deserve the Grammy they paid for it.

That is for the reaction. There are 5 evolution videos. After this one is Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Rihanna and Ariana Grande. All the videos are in one take. They will normally record 3 or 4 takes and choose the best. No cut n paste.

The bass is is the bearded gentlemen,Avi Kaplan He has since left group due family illness and burn-out. their new bass is Matt Sallee-since 2017 Mitch the hige tenor and Krstie often chane their looks but their voice give themaway. The only personnel change is Avi. Kevin, their vocal percussionist(aka Beatboxer is also a tenor . Scott is a baritone(he's the blond.. They all have crazy ranges to their singing voices and play instruments but not in many songs. They leave egos at home and dev=cide together with their arranger who sings h=what part in their songs. They also have some great original music. You will always be surprused some where in their songs.

Hi Dwayne! I can''t say that Pentatonix is one of my favourites, but they are great at what they do. I hope you would react to something quite oppostite - one of Norways export "articles" - black metal. One of my favourites is Dimmu Borgir, and they are in the genre symphonic black metal. They are amazing. I've seen them twice live they were amazing. I can't wait to see them again. I went in 2022 Hollywood Bowl and also 2023 in Irvine. They are such fun people. I was sad when it was over. If you get a chance you should go see them in concert.

Hi-- You asked us to say whether this is our favorite Pentatonix number-- nope! My faves are Halleluiah, Bohemian Rhapsody, and the Italian number the name of which I can't at the moment recall...I think it's "The Prayer," but I'm not sure. That said, anything they do is going to be amazing. There's no song they've done that I'd rate lower than a 9, and most of them are a 10, for me. LIke Chris Stapleton they are, for me, the top of the top, never-fail artists with amazing and fascinating range.

I'm a long time ago subber & notification-button-presser (tho' for some reason I haven't gotten notifications), and I love your reactions-- your enthusiasm, your close attention (such as your noticing, in the Pentatonix hiistory of music, the gradual intro of color and the quick bit of "Gangam Style"), and lots more. There are, though, two things I don't get: you obviously get the amazingness of Pentatonix, yet you haven't been interested to find out their names or, I suspect, anything about them; and similarly, you (rightly, imho) flipped here over Stapleton, yet a search of your reactions came up with no other delving into his music. Obviously it your channel and you can do whatever you please with/on it, and equally obviously, there is a vast world of music to explore and react to-- so maybe you don't want to get stuck in The Glory that is Stapleton, or maybe you need to go where the views are, and for some bizarro reason, the usual Stapleton horde didn't catch this video so you had to go to other artists who'd get you more views, which I totally get. I'm just curious about both of these things which are somewhat unusual. Hope you don't mind my asking about them. And last, I've only heard a few notes, but from those few notes, I suspect you can really sing! I hope you decide to sing at least a few more notes, because I really enjoyed those I heard. Thanks for sharing your journey and excited love of music, and for the fun I have watching your reactions.
